The room had WiFi and a writing desk. the beds were comfortable. the pool area was clean. the location was peaceful and convenient for exploring Colorado Springs, close to Academy Blvd.

Stayed at a brand-new room with atrocious condition as well as outside access. Location: the hotel was near to Colorado Springs and the airport and outlets in walls. Had tea and goodies at Starbucks, nestled 1 mi of the property.

The price. Shower curtain and low flow shower

I did not feel safe in the hotel. There was multiple stains on the carpet and furniture. Telephone missing pieces. Remote did not work.

The older man that did the graveyard shift was very kind and thoughtful. My sister is very sick with cancer and had problems sleeping. We would sit outside very early in the morning and he made coffee for us and even brought us coffee outside. This was the second time I have stayed at this hotel. Wonderful staff. The only problem that I saw was that the bathroom smelled slightly of soured towel or shower curtain.

Some of the guests seemed a bit scary and the location isn't the greatest, but the employees were wonderful.

The hotel was reasonably priced with incredibly nice people on the 2nd and 3rd shift. Enjoyed coffee and a new carpet in the room. - Had a large bathroom. - the pool area was clean. - the location was comfy, near the airport, restaurants, gas stations, and outlets in walls. - Prairie Grass Park was 2 miles away from the property.

The hotel had a strong tobacco odor in the hallways.(Funny it's a non- smoking hotel). The carpet in our room had a nasty odor. We were also led to believe that the airport was only about 3 miles. I was told it was 15 minutes when we checked it.

I have stayed at this motel many times. The indoor pool and hot tub are great. The beds very comfotable. Good breakfast selection. McDonalds and gas station on th same property. Walgreens across the street.

Facility beginning to need some minor repairs. No luggage cart to get your stuff to the room.

It was a really great experience. Hotel was functional. - Staff was pleasant. - Booked the property for its peaceful and favorable location near the airport, restaurants, gas stations, and major attractions like Colorado Memorial Shrine.

Who could beat that price for two beds and that the beds were awesome, they were so comfortable. My kids especially liked that it had a in door pool and hot tub. This hotel was great and close to everything all the places that we shopped and ate at.

We had no complaints, for less than 50 dollars a night we got two beds that were so comfortable, indoor pool for the kids to go swimming, lots to chose from for breakfast, and close to all the places we wanted to go.

No Internet access even though it was listed in the features. Non smoking rooms had obviously been smoked in recently

The room I got had a comfy bed, Wi-Fi, a study desk, and a fresh carpet. 🛏️ the location was super convenient and quiet, right near some outlets and restaurants.

shuttle options were not available as advertised, partially due to shuttle driver illness. also the airport shuttle only runs until 5.

Leaving

It took four rooms before they finally put me in a clean room!! The other three were dirty!
